- Pre-order items based on the JM standard patterns are different than any standard tailoring services.
- We will match your measurements to our predefined patterns that we will share with you once you place your order.
RETURNING A PRE-ORDER ITEM
Due to the nature of customised orders, and the fact that they have been specially created for you, we will not be able to accept returns unless the pre-order pieces were damaged or faulty when delivered to you.
